"Sharon Stump State Farm Insurance Agency is, to us, an odd duck: we've never had an insurance agency in our 49 years of marriage that we enjoyed everything about them. "We met with Tanya to go over our car and home owners insurance after our previous agent had retired.Tanya was very personable and knowledgeable. Made it simple to understand what car insurance coverage we have and made us aware of the need to increase home owners insurance and why.
I had my introduction to Lisa when I needed help with a small fender bender claim I needed to file. I walked into the office not realizing it was to close in 10 minutes and Lisa never made me feel rushed. She ended up staying approximately 30 minutes past closing. Thank-you Lisa!"

"I have been a customer of Sharon Stump for 13 years now, and my experience with her and her staff has been absolutely excellent.
When I purchased a new car last year, I was shocked by how quickly Kristina added it to my auto policy and got me the documentation I needed to drive it home. She was incredibly helpful again later when I sold a vehicle.
Recently, I moved into a rental. Even though I called right before closing time, Tanya was there to help me set up the renters policy I needed so I could move-in that day. She even took the time to compare rates versus coverage to ensure I was getting the best possible deal.
When I have called the office with general questions, Lisa has always been very knowledgeable and quickly provided the information I need.
Beyond being highly skilled at their jobs, these ladies are incredibly personable, fantastic communicators, and make you feel truly valued as a customer. I highly recommend Sharon Stump to anyone in need of insurance!"

"If you are going to get insurance, get it here! Ive had my car and renter's insurance here for 3+ years now, and they've been so great. It's not like working with a faceless insurance agency. You can text them directly and they'll help run your payment, they send reminders, and they're forgiving if you're late from time to time. Most of all, I love their employees - in particular, TANYA! Tanya, you're the best, thanks for letting me talk your ear off, and for just being an awesome person. I would totally hang out with you IRL.
